There are a number of first hand books written about the exploits of Easy Company, 506th PIR in WWII. Sgt Malarkey's account stands as one of the best. If yo have any interests in the history of the 506th PIR, D-Day, Bastogne , battles of Carentan and Eindhovenhen then this book should be on your must read list.
