If you have seen the show Earth II, you will enjoy this book. If you haven't been exposed to the 'universe' of Earth II, this is a great book to start with. It tells the story of a diverse group of people who arrive at a distant planet to colonize it. However, they are off course and arrive in the wilderness and not in the place prepared for them. They need to navigate through the wilds of this new world, and find out that despite what the initial scans of the planet showed, they are not alone. Interesting perspective where WE are the aliens.

Any fan of the short-lived tv series Earth 2 will love this book! Although it differs slightly from the series, it is in most ways true to the original story and characters, and a delightful read!
