I have had some version of this book in my possession for as long as it has been in print. I had given my present copy to a friend and ordered this one to replace my own.

I live by this book: I am in my 70s and whenever I have an ache or pain, I just flip to the index, find my symptoms, start taking the vitamins/herbs suggested and in a couple of days I am whole again.

I highly recommend that this book be a part of EVERYONE'S library!
