I love this book. I have been doing Dukan for 2 months and I have lost 27lbs in that time. I have tried many different diets and they never worked until this one. Its more than a diet, its a lifestyle change. And it does work! I always refer back to the book. If you get this book, don't let it go until you reach your goal weigh.
