Very good story in this series. Enjoyed it very much. Knew who the villian was toward the end, but the solving with this crew is always good fun. Look forward to her next story.
Like the rest of this series, The Drowning Spool is a light, fun read. Nothing earth-shattering, but a nice little mystery that you'll solve along with Betsy and her crew from Crewel World. I found this one easier to solve than others in the series, but I read these books for the characters anyway. Even though it's clear Monica Ferris knows nothing about needlework and little about running a needlework store, I still like to hear how everyone of the regulars is doing...
