Very good read! Supremes fans especially, like me, will enjoy learning about all the behind-the-scenes information that is discussed. Mary Wilson's writing style flows easily, and she delves into both the humor and the sadness that happened from the trio's early formation, through their incredible success, and then to their demise. The pages turned easily.

Very interesting read...a historical journey through the beginnings of Motown with an emphasis on the Supremes. Also, in light of the new movie "DreamGirls", it's fun to try to compare the fiction and non-fiction accounts of the author and playwright.
After you see the movie 'Dreamgirls' you can read this book, whose author was one of the original Primettes and Supremes, to hear the "real story" from behind the scenes. Something of an expose, but an interesting perspective from an insider. Includes photos, detailed itinerary and recording history from 1959 to 1970. Quite a memoir.
An absolute must for anyone who loves the Supremes. This is their REAL story: comedy, successes, tragedy, etc. Wilson's book is full of information and memories of this super group. The photos alone are worth the price of admission!
