He felt her need from across the centuries -- and made it his own. Loved this book!

From the back:
Amanda Potter's beauty and wealth can do nothing to free her from her husband's obsession. Not even handsome Detective Dupree, whose amber eyed gaze stirs something deep within her soul, can overcome David Potter's influence and money. Amanda finds refuge only in the arms of an elusive dream that draws her through a shadow of time and into a loving and protected embrace.

Very good time travel book. It has just little bits of time travel.

One of my all-time favorite books - I had to read it again before I posted it. Dinah McCall/Sharon Sala writes great books and I love this one the most. A very emotional story with paranormal overtones - past lives, etc.

Amanda Cross' life is crazy. She has an insane husband who beats her on a regular basis, a handsome detective who wants to help her, and a lover who comes to her only in her dreams. She has to figure out how to escape her husband before her husband kills her.

I didn't like this book at all. The heroine has been abused and held a virtual prisoner in her own house for years and years without being able to escape. Suddenly, with nightly visits from her dream lover, she grows a backbone and makes changes in her situation. Dumb.
