As usual, with this author, there is a great deal of very explicit sex. The story is the begining of a series of three, The alien imagery is good and moderately belivable. The love story is a bit thin and not really a central part of the story. The woman's responses to the hero's attempts to convience her of his sincerity, are weak. Overall, it is good. Rating: on a scale of 1 -10, I would give it an 7.
