Usually I love the books in this series but this one just didnt' do it for me. I didn't feel the attraction between Kenna and Talon. To me it was more like pity and seemed as if the 'lifemate' thing was forced. There was too much going on: the stolen bank money and Mitch Sutton's revenge; Ramsay Gallagher's wackiness (and who the hell is Ramsay Gallagher); Vandar, the dragon shifter, slave keeper, ruler of the known world, blah blah blah. Totally boring story.
