This is a very understandable, encouraging book on weight loss. It tells the tale about why we crave certain foods, and how to eat the right foods for our body type. There are four basic body types described in the book and it is fairly easy to identify the one that applies to each individual. The diet to follow for each specific body type is clear and manageable. I have personally had a great deal of success with the diet and lifestyle prescribed in this book and recommend it highly to others.
