My first exposure to Starship Titanic was the PC Software version, and loved the game so much I purchased the audio books. The story is a first-person, nonsensical yet wildly fun tale where the storyteller ends up on a ship of gigantic proportions built by an human-like race hurtling through space. Lots of comedy, mystery, and drama as the story-teller works his (and your) way through discovering why things are not as they should be with the ship. Why did it take off? Where is it headed? Who is at the helm? And where is everyone? Great fun.
It's been a while since I read it, but I remember there being some language and suggestive dialog.

Much like the Hitchhikers Guide but all in 1 book. Makes driving go more smoothly and gives me more entertainment value for my gas dollar, as I have been rediscovering with books on tape...
