It was a simple assignment. All Chris Hudson had to do was accompany a coffin to Daytona Beacn. Now the darn thing was missing. Max Decker, a private investigator, knew something was fishy, so he offered to take her case. Neither one knew this might lead to something dangerous. His most important job seemed to be keeping Chris, and then Jess who be came her partner in crime, out of trouble.

It was a simple assignment. All Chris Hudson had to do was accompany a coffin to Daytona Beach. now the darn thing was missing!

Max Decker, private invetigator, knew something was fishy, so he offered to take her case. He had no way of knowing they were both over their heads in something more dangerous than a practical joke.

Max had his hands full just solving the mystery but keeping Chris out of trouble was first on his list. Last on his list was falling in love--but lists were meant to be rewritten...
