This book was very easy to read, interesting, and suspenseful. A girl named Rachel and her brother, Eric, are kidnapped into another world by a wicked witch, bent on revenge. Rachel discovers that she is an extremely powerful magician, and eric has a special talent of his own. Joining with an underground (literally) rebellion against the witch, Eric and Rachel must quickly learn enough to be able to defeat her, before it's too late!

One of the best children's books I've read in a long time. Recommended!
