I was so looking forward to reading this third installment of the Trigon Rituals. This third installment is GREAT! You learn more about the ancient rituals, the wild Tertani women and men, and a little insight on Pontif Jer. This book is about Calem (who you met in the first book) and his brethren Arjim and their Tina, Sydney. Poor Sydney has been hearing her mates since she was a child, thinking they were part of her imagination. It got so bad that she had to be put on meds which unknowingly to her made her mates unable to link with her anymore and they thought she had died. Calem and Arjim have been fighting each other ever since they were "separated" mentally from their mate, sometimes to the point of almost killing each other. When Sydney goes through a wormhole and ends up crash landing on their planet that's when the fun begins. She's " saved" by the female leader of the free Tertani women, meets her mates, runs from her mates (several times), gets rescued by Alea, gets captured, goes on trial, escapes again with Bligh's help & finally mates with her two men. Alea and her mates, Tren and Rjant are key figures in this book as well as Bligh and her mates, Bjead and Larem. They all are trying to help get this threesome together. Sydney was delightful and made me laugh out loud so many times with her antics. It was good to learn more about the social circle outside of the city in the sacred lands. There was humor, sadness, hot sexy love scenes & more.
