Easy to read and helpful, as far as it goes. Organized by health problem. I learned some interesting things about diseases I don't have... Dr. Rosenfeld is not very supportive of vegetarianism, but otherwise recommends healthy eating habits. Basically, he says whatever is wrong with you, eat lots of fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, and omega-3's.
