Really a good book. I enjoyed it a lot.
This book was too frenetic and unglued for me. The characters were just dumped into the pages as though I was supposed to already know them. The dialogue seemed forced - for effect. Too much "southern folksiness". I rarely fail to finish a book (once or twice), but this one finally did me in and I had to quit halfway though. Not Ms. Jones' best effort.
Fun, down to earth read
