Fascinating story of how a child is introduced to stealing very early in life - to get bread for the family table - and how her early training leads her to participate in a life of crime because her family values see nothing wrong with that life. Her epiphany causes her to see life's moral issues in a more mainstream manner. Her journey is not so much about life with the mob but more about how a person changes her life view. I highly recommend this book.
