First of all this author can write well so even though the story is very unevenly told dont give up because the murders or girls in New Orleans begins to make sense, FINALLY, about two thirds of the way through. She spends alot of time developing characters and setting things up. I just had no clue where this thing was going and not in a good way!! I will read her next book just hoping her abilities improve as the story IS a good story!!
