This is one of those LIFE-CHANGING books!

The discernment of spirits, a process developed by St. Ignatius of Loyola, helps a person understand the spiritual movements within him. For example, what to do during spiritual dryness or despair. This book is EXTREMELY PRACTICAL and for the everyday, lay Catholic. There is no heavy theology, but it is all very orthodox.

I personally trained under Fr. Gallagher and it changed my entire life!
