This was the first lisa scottoline book that I read and it grabbed me right away. If you're from Philadelphia, you'll be able to relate to some of the places the author talks about.

The version of the book that I had was the audiobook on CD and Barbara Rosenblat was the narrator.
First, I want to say that Barbara is a great narrator. She gives life to all the characters. She pauses to let you know when the scene has changed and she alters her voice so you know someone else is talking (believe me, I have listened to a number of books on CD and all narrators are not alike ... some are pretty terrible and utterly boring but not Barbara Rosenblat).
I really enjoy listening to the stories of Lisa Scottoline. She reminds me a bit of Janet Evanovich - in that her stories are really entertaining. This book has an interesting storyline and I know it is a book I will listen to again in the future.

Story was good and kept my interest without me guessing the ending. The narrator was also good, giving each character a voice and she put feelings in her words.
