While I enjoyed the book, it was not as good as other McCaffrey books. Part of the problems was that I didn't realize that it was a sequel. However, even though I was sometimes confused as to who the characters were, I did care about them. Also some unusual alien lifeforms, good to see some originality

love the author. didnt like the series

Sequel to Dinosaur Planet, this is still a great read. These characters are real "survivors"!

This book (actually these books - the series) were a bit darker than Ms. McCaffrey usually writes. I've read and enjoyed so many of her books I was disappointed.
