I like this book! The one problem I've had is that the author likes very hot peppers (jalapeno are the mildest she uses). So I have learned to either reduce by 4 her pepper powders (I had never used either habanero or chipotle powder before) or I substitute something like wasabi or tabasco.

Now don't let me scare you -- there are lots of recipes in here for deviled eggs with nothing hot in them at all. Many of them are great and while not always easy I have always enjoyed the results. There is even Green Eggs and Ham for St. Patties Day parties.

I suggest everyone try HollyAnna's Stop The Music (with that wonderful southern dish Chow Chow in them) as well as The Devil Went Down to Georgia (with peaches -- yes these are WONDERFUL deviled eggs with peaches in them). I enjoy the Tuna/Wasabi deviled eggs very much - and have never brought one home from a party I brought them to.

For those of you, who like me, enjoy deviled eggs, this is a great book with many variations on the tried and true deviled egg recipe.
