Jane McGill is an intern at the County Hospital. Her life is hell! Jane's senior resident Dr. Alyssa Morgan becomes absolutely hell-bent on making her new interns pay tenfold for the deadly sin of incompetence, Jane starts to worry that she may not make it through the year with her soul or her sanity still intact. It seems that Freida McFadden can write books other than thrillers as this comedic novel was extremely funny. It made me laugh all the way through. The characters were great and so believable that I imagined that my best friend was telling me about her experiences from internship at a hospital. I definitely need to read the sequel to this book in order to find out what becomes of her relationship with the Sexy Surgeon, Ryan Reilly. If you like books that make you laugh out loud then you will love this book!
