Dystopian/Post-apocolyptic teen fiction. A violent meteor shower hit Earth, and caused earthquakes, and changed the Earth's environment, and many humans. A terrible dust covered the Earth. Glory lives in a community that lives under a dome, partially under the Earth. Some people develop mutations and are cast out of Haven.

Glory has cared for her brother Drake alone, for three years since the death of thier mother and expulsion of their father from the dome. Drake has be be hidden because he is handicapped and is considered a "parasite," unable to work, or contribute to society. But, Glory has other secrets. She is a deviant.

Glory keeps her secret from her best friend, and her new boyfriend Cal. Then a strange boy appears and claims to have a message from her father, who is supposed to be dead.

This book is pretty good. Glory is brave, but can sometimes be annoying in her single mindedness. When Drake's existance is threatened, Glory and Drake have no choice but to leave Haven.
