Interesting, very offbeat recipes - Heart of Artichoke Spice Cake, Parsnip-Carrot Maple Pie with Crunchy Pecan Crust, Zucchini Orange Pudding in its own Caramel Sauce, and the list goes on. I've never tried any of them, but they look interesting. Reading the book is an adventure in itself.
