This is for young adults, which basically means there's no sex. The main characters are young adults who love each other so there is an implication of lovemaking, but it is not specific and not overpowering the story. Violet can sense dead people or animals. This is book 2 and it is basically about two new students who enroll at their high school. Violet's boyfriend becomes friends with the guy, Mike, and Mike's sister ends up with a brush on Jay. I thought it was going to become a teenage crush story, but it developed into a whodunnit, and Violet uses her ability to sense dead people's bodies to solve the puzzle. I will read the next one.
