Reading mysteries is a pleasure for me and this story certainly met my expectations: plot, characters and background are all well developed.
Another excellent book by Betty Webb. I really had no idea who had killed Celeste until the very end. This story was fast paced and you want to keep on reading and reading. The awful truth about polygamy and its compounds was sad, but made for a very well written story.
