----Definitly a good page turning read...I couldnt put it down.. was full of unexpected twists and turns all the way to the end (which i liked becuase usually romance novels tend to be quite predictable)
In a nutshell (without totally giving anything important away) the book's main character Pandora falls in love with an older powerful rich possesive womanizer and feels tortured knowing he could never possibly love her so at the age of 15 she runs away to the USA in to find herself and and six years later she is a successful rockstar for the band Nemesis and it appears that she has made it in life and has everything: fortune fame and any man she could want...except the only man she knows could ever make her happy and fulfill her life happens to be the one she ran from so many years ago so she gives up everything and goes back to deserts of Sedikhan; knowing that she will probably end up hurt and disappointed becuase it is a known fact that Phillip El Kabbar would never give himself fully to a woman. However, she finds that not only is he mesmerized by the beautiful woman she has become but that he has been obsessivly searching for her ever since she had run away. She is determined to make him love her and has some not so innocent tricks up her sleeve that she intends to use against him that end up backfiring. Phillip's possesive nature has him determined to keep her but is troubled becuase he starts becoming to obsessed with her, and starts to need her..and he promised himself he would never feel this way about any woman...They both have their inner demons and troubled past to face and work through before they can truely be together as they both know deep down is what is meant to be.

Don't look for me. I'll come back when I'm ready. Pandora Madchen wrote those words when she ran off six years ago. In that time she'd become a sensation with the rock group Nemesis, toured the world, and grown up, but she never forgot the promise she made herself. Now Pandora was ready to return to the desert state of Sedikhan and the man she'd loved too soon and too much. Sheik Philip El Kabbar was a businessman whose power and influence extended throughout the world - but for six long years he'd been unable to find the woman he still considered it his duty to protect. She'd come back on her own terms and to take the kind of erotic gamble that Philip always won. Only this time he wasn't sure that in winning they wouldn't both lose what matters most. Or that in loving her, he wouldn't be hurting them both.
