I thought the book was a wonderful read, despite being a little confusing at times to read from panel to panel. The main character is Asato Tsuzki is a lively individual who has his humorous side throughout the series. This was a great way to get the reader into the series, the main characters, and a detailed outlook on what you can expect from the the later volumes (mostly on the how the job Asato works out). If you enjoy the manga, you might enjoy the anime series which puts Asato real character into light (never knew a man with such enormous hunger).

Well drawn, but the dialogue was hard to track from panel to panel.

I agree with the other reviewer...I was confused quite a few times by the dialogue placement and had to re-read a few pages to get it in the right order. Other than that, it was a very nice first volume.
