This book has too much repetition and not enough resolutions. There are not any real marvels here, mostly just common sense. There was one tidbit of information for each state. The statue of limitations on old debts is 5 years in Illinois and Iowa. So if you have had no activity on this account in five years in these two states and claim not to have the debt then it is not something you owe anymore. In some states the statue is even shorter. There is some real information for the very poor but you can find out much of this information from your state government.

I thought this was a great waste of money. He does not really tell you anything. All possibilities. There was no real help in this book. I sent it back for a refund.

Gee, I'm not sure if knowing he's a convicted felon (credit card fraud) makes it more likely or less likely that I'd take his advice. He filed bankruptcy this April (so says Wikipedia) to avoid massive federal fines, so at least he is taking his own advice.

Not very informative (things I already knew) and he repeats the same suggestions over and over.
