I enjoyed this story, and the different twist didn't hurt. Very good, fun read and wonderful characters that are growing and developing right before your eyes. I figured it out before the end, but it was still fun.

Loved this book. Casey's sequel to Sew Deadly is as good as the first one. She develops the main characters more fully. The plot is good, with a surprise ending - at least to me! This is an easy read, probably because I had a hard time putting it down. Five stars definately.
I love that the main character in this series doesn't get put into a life-threatening situaion in every installment!
Second book in the Southern Sewing Circle series. Newcomer Tori Sinclair is once again in the middle of a mystery when a local author goes missing after writing an unflattering article about the town's history. The cast of characters expands to include a moonshiner, a bunny lover and several seemingly unstable townspeople. Good, quick read. 3.5 stars

The Southern Sewing Circle mystery series continues. Yankee librarian Tori Sinclair is basking in the warmth of her new circle of friends from South Carolina's Sweet Briar Ladies Society sewing circle. That is until local author Colby Calhoun reveals an unflattering secret about the town's historic past-and then disappears, leaving a bloody trail behind him. And when Tori begins to see a pattern of the townsfolk's age-old Southern pride standing in the way of justice, she knows it's time to unravel the mystery.
A thoroughly enjoyable, entertaining, well-written read! The characters in this book are just so unique, comical and each special in their own way! Easy, fun read which anyone (probably female) would enjoy and you don't have to even like sewing to enjoy it!

Book #2 in the "Southern Sewing Circle" series. What another fun mystery with Tori Sinclair following the threads of a mystery when Colby Calhoun mysteriously disappears. This is a series worth following.
Second book continues from the first with more fun and mystery in this small town.
