Humerous, but short (maybe that's the way it should be, he already escaped from exile once. The book needs fleshing out - its very short, and the description above just about covers every plot line.

Based on the theory that Napoleon had escaped St. Helena, by use of a look-a-like, this is an entertaining, little novel not to be taken seriously. It inspired the equally delightful movie entitled "The Emperor's New Clothes".
I highly recommend both.
