This was an enjoyable holiday visit to Bar Harbor, Maine with single mom Hayley Powell and her gang of gal pals. In this fifth book in the series, a local caterer is found murdered in his locked kitchen workroom...good mystery. The hapless Hayley continues to sabotage her own love life. The best part of these stories is the columns written for Hayley's newspaper.

All in all, quite a fun cozy.

I like this series a lot. Good mystery, lots of suspects, and fairly realistic too. I already have the next three titles in this series!
