Bookish Yale Yee finds her quiet life in Los Angeles shaken up when her glamorous cousin Celine flies into town from Hong Kong. Yale âs father, who owns a Dim Sum restaurant in the area, convinces Yale and Celine to run a market stall for the family restaurant at the Eastwood Village Night Market. Of course, the girls find themselves in the middle of a murder investigation.

I enjoyed the characters in this story a lot, and I'm looking forward to reading the next book in this series.
