It's about how to deal with different sorts of people at work. Seems to be primarily for office coworker interactions rather than customers or general interactions

This was my survival manual for one particularly stressful job. Describes various personalities, why they act the way they do, and offers ways to deal with them.

Excellent book. Written to be understood very easily. Many examples used throughout the book for clarification of teaching. I recommend this book highly for anyone dealing with "office politics" type issues with others.

Not really of use to me. Mostly about "breakthrough ways that could change your life" but really aren't realistic. A Dr. Phil type book.
