This is a good read. I liked Molly - despite her smoking and swearing - and she felt "real" to me with her anger and her determination and her savvy. No cardboard characters here. Decent plot, better than average writing.
I really enjoyed the first book in this series. There were the typical errors (wrong names, etc), but I was so wrapped up in the story that I couldn't put it down. I am definitely looking forward to reading the second book in the series.

The first Molly Doyle mystery. After surviving a
criminal scandal that destroyed her career in New York, Molly Doyle is trying to start over in a cheap antiques shop in Carmel, CA.

One of my favorites. Antiquing and sleuthing.

Great first book of a series. Set with an antiques background.
