This was my first book by Iris Johansen. I can honestly say I was not disappointed. The story moved fast and held my interest all the way to the end. I have already added several more of her books to my TBR list and am now reading another book by her which so far has been great also. If you are looking for a great page turner and a good mystery/thriller then I would recommend this book!

Started off slow and I thought I wouldn't finish it, but I stuck it out and it got much better in the end.

It was okay, but in my opinion not up to her usual standards!

Not a bad book, but not one of my favorite books from johansen. It seemed just like so many of her other books that I think I was just getting bored of the pattern. At this point it seemed predictable.

Very exciting storyline. Twists you through unexpected political terrorism plots and throws in a great beginning to a romance. Many of our beloved characters return in this book, and as always, Iris Johansen does not disappoint us. Great book.

While photographing a landslide that has covered a smalltown in Colorado, the heroine witnesses a murder. Now the killers are after her. When she is kidnapped by a man claiming he was sent to help her, she doesn't know who to believe.

Good suspense with surprise ending.
