If you like NPR and her work, you'll find this interesting. For all women who have had crazy, difficult but loveable moms.

I read this book and thought through the whole thing, how can someone be so crazy, or nicely put, "not in touch with the real world totally", be loose on the street and raising a child. By the time i had finished, i loved this woman and her family. Her daughter, who has written this book, has a heart of gold, so much love for her mom and strength to allow her to be who ever she was that day and still love flowed. I liked this book alot, there are many lessons from the heart here and it left a beautiful taste in my mouth, thoughts in my mind, and the smell of my own mother, all wrapped up in my heart, no matter who your mom is--she IS YOUR MOM and love can be found anywhere, even if she is the queen of sheba that day.
