When I picked up this book I had hoped it would get me in the mood for the holidays. I just finished it and can honestly say it was marvelous! Three short books - great reads for short times - slightly interwoven - but all different and great plots!

These are really short stories and the time frame the stories are all told in are to tight (with the exception of "Assignment Humbug" where the characters already have a history) to make the HEA aspect a sure thing in the mind of the reader.
