Tucker touches on most of Pullman's novels, including the Sally Lockhart Series, His Dark Materials series (soon to be in the theatre), Count Karlsteiin, Thunderbolt's Waxwork series, and other mostly young adult novels. This is a light read; great if you need to do a book report on Pullman, or want a catch-up on his other stories. There is a nice section devoted to a brief biography of Pullman, and also his influences, which include William Blake. He also has Kleist's essay "On the Marionette Theatre" in the appendix, a tasty morsel to read, kind of like the extra french fry at the bottom of the bag. If you are a Pullman fan, pick up the book here for free, then pass it on to other fans. Book was originally purchased new at Amazon earlier this month, but came with minor water stain at top of book pages, but still in new condition.
