A new exciting twist to the lords of the underworld!

Aeron, keeper of wraith, has known for a while that he was being watched by an angel, thanks to his daughter-like demon Legion. He just didn't know why. Not until he saw after he saved her and learned that she had literally crawled her way from out of the bowels of hell after being cast out of her heavenly home. And had she been watching him? Why was she cast down into hell? Because she was sent to kill him, but had been unable to find it in her heart to kill him.

Now he wants to be rid of her, but at the same time he can't quite bring himself to throw her out. But when Legion finds the little angel in her safe home away from hell, the sparks really begin to fly. So much so that when Lucifer approaches the little demon with a 'bargain' Legion agrees, wanting nothing more than to be Aeron's one and only.

While Aeron has to deal with issues between his demon and angel, while also plascating the angel's former superior who wants her to return home; the other warriors learn that Galen, keeper of hope, has the cloak of invisibility and that he has found a way to recapture lost demons a.k.a. the demon of doubt that had once belonged to their friend Baden - the first lord to be lost to the hunters. They also learn that in order to find the last artifact they must bring the head of Cronus, the titan/god-king,(who they also have discovered is keeper of a demon as well) to the unspoken ones. An order that was also given to Galen and the hunters.

Find out how Aeron settles things between his demon and angel in this new thrilling novel!

Good read although not my favorite of the series. Possibly because the ending dangles - the hero and heroine get their HEA but with immense changes to their situations, and that's where it dangles. How will their new situation effect the Lords and the long term story arc? Hopefully Darkest Lie will address this situation...

Read in order.
