Helpful Score: 2
2nd in the series, although they can be read independently, as I did. I read everyone and couldn't wait to pick up the next. I have all on my bookshelf as of this writing. Loved it!

It was a dark moment on Nantucket in more ways than one. Am eclipse of the sun turned the daytime into chillingly unnatural night, and when the light returned, the most beautiful woman on the island lay dead in a pool of blood. Down-home Yankee sleuth Homer Kelly has to prove the innocence of a sexuallly betrayed girl with every reason to kill and he has to discovre who among the rich and righteous Nantucket upper crust descended to the depths of murder. With stiking line drawings by th author to heighten the sense of a very special place, "Dark Nantucket Noon" is a gem that will keep lights burning until dawn
THE FRONT OF THE BOOK IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE SHOWN.
