Great book!
A January downpour descends on LA. For a faceless kidnapper playing for million-dollar stakes, its part of the game. So are the storm drains coiling under the city. If the ransom isnt paid, this is where it ends for his victims-handcuffed and drowned, washed out of the drainage lines like garbage. They call him the rain man.
