Enjoyable addition to this series, cozy, clean and a great group of ladies. They have fun and are sometimes very humorous to read about. Love the small town atmosphere and friendships.

Tori's former fiance shows up when his aunt dies suddenly. When he dies soon after, Tori is determined to find his killer. I enjoy spending time with the ladies of the sewing cicle. Paris, the bunny has a bigger role in this book. Quite cute.

Occasionally, I pick up a cozy mystery to read. This time I chose one from the sewing circle series by Elizabeth Lynn Casey. Not sure why so many seem to enjoy this series. I thought it was simplistic (aren't all cozies) and predictable so I found myself giving it three stars.
The town is Sweet Briar with Tori Sinclair is the heroine. There is a rabbit that makes for some funny little sequences. There is the ex-boyfriend who is so enamored with himself that he keeps pursuing Tory hoping to jump into her bed. There is death due to cancer and murder.
All in all it's an OK read but not one I'd put aside my other choices to pick up. Needless to say I will pass on other novels in this series. However, those who love cozies will probably enjoy this one.
