A contemporary account of a full court press by the Gay Liberation Movement on many fronts, including the Dick Cavett Show. The Gay Activists Alliance originated at a meeting held on 24 November 1969 (the Stonewall Riots were in June). They opposed "the weekly character assassinations and havoc that were popular at the Gay Liberation Front during that period." However, this book is a response to Bell's acrimonious breakup with his lover, Arthur Evans (Paul Cliffman in the book), although they later reconciled. No footnotes or index.
