Wicked Waltz is set in St. Ives, Cornwall, a beautiful, quiet holiday town that hadn't had a murder in more than ten years. The dance theme is central to a plot that moves at a fast pace through multiple deaths which leave the Cornish police and the CID puzzled. Richard suspects a connecting factor between the deaths in the mini-crime wave.
