This was a surprise! The H/H were likeable and fun, there was a plot, a story and honest-to-goodness supporting characters. Lots of well-considered heat, as well.
Very well done.

Robbed of her selfesteem Lyssa allows herself to be dragged to a costume party an exclusive sex club she is shocked by her reaction to the darkly sexy gladiator.!! A fun twist when they meet again without the masks.

This was a cute romance. I enjoyed how Lyssa discovered her sexuality after the emotional abuse she suffered from her marriage. I thought Robert was the perfect partner for her.

3.8 stars I'm a big sucker for sex club stories. I like that the main characters were hitting 40, more mature, and had adult children. Lyssa could be any average woman: repressed and unsure, divorced from a dead-end marriage, and learning to explore her new woman. Savidge is the alpha male dream. Rich, handsome, successful, and great between the sheets. The sex is hot--loved the chemistry between the two of them. However, the way they met was far-fetched but totally fun anyway.

This is a book that I enjoyed reading. I liked the way that things were handled and that the main character stood up for herself but didn't mind when a man backed her up. She knew she could take care of herself and didn't feel like she had to prove something.
