I enjoyed this book a lot. Compared to most TC's, it had very little about the trial - maybe 5 pages. The rest was about the crime and all the work it took to bring the husband to justice. Once I started reading, I couldn't put it down.

Jim Henderson does a tremendous job of telling the story exactly like it happened. Dan was convicted and put on death row after our family's pursuit of the truth. Now on May 14th, 2001 Dan will get a new trial because of incompetent counsel. So life will go on and our family will fight again for justice. You will not be able to put the book down, it holds your attention from beginning to end."

This is a book that is hard to put down once you start reading!
Excellent true crime story. I couldn't put it down! I especially liked this book because there wasn't much detail of the trial, as a lot of other true crime stories have.
Surprisingly good book.
Well written, sad story.. a true account of two sociopaths and the horror they caused.
I didn't want to put the book down. Would recommend it to anyone.
