I just finished this book today and I enjoyed it. The possibilities are endless with this series and this book is no exception.

Nice for Tom Clancy fans who just can't wait for the next real Clancy novel. Sure, there are a few inconsistencies between this book's idea of the web, and what's really out there. It's sort of a sci-fi novel in some ways.

Huh! What can I say about Clancy that hasn't already been said a hundred times over. You know. It's a good book!

The usual Tom Clancy excitement but in a smaller, more concise package.

Interesting that the description of the book on the back cover states it is the year 2010 and here we are in that very year. Computers have not come as far as they do in the book but still a fun ride and every bit as exciting as all Tom Clancy's books are. CyberNation is just that - it is an organization trying to gain acceptance as a nation with no borders, no laws, no taxes, etc. They will do anything to get control of the internet either with computers or murder.

In the year 2010, computers are the new superpowers. Those who control them control the world. To enforce the Net Laws, Congress creates the ultimate computer security agency within the FBI: the Net Force.

From the back cover: "When web service is disrupted across the world, a new nation makes its presence known. Terrorists from a virtual country called CyberNation have taken the web hostage. Their demands: worldwide recognition and rights for their 'citizens.' Though there are millions of CyberNation sympathizers, Net Force rallies its troops for an all-out war on three fronts - politically, physically, and electronically - because dealing with terrorists is never an option..." 358 pages.
