Christine T. Jorgensen just can't write fast enough for me. Another Stella the Stargazer mystery, Curl Up and Die is as good as any other book that Ms. Jorgensen has written. Fun, with good background characters, including two chamelions who increase the chameion population at Stella's apartment by one. Stella who is a "plain-jane" type of girl is coerced into trying a new spa with a fabulous owner who knows how to flatter his clients and make them feel special. The problem is that he seems to have made too many of them feel not only good, but that they were to be his new wife. This doesn't set well with his old wife and the mystery is on when he seems to put his feet into a footbath that electrifies him, for good.
An upbeat and witty mystery, complete with an idiosyncratic but lovable heroine who proves herself a feisty sleuth.
